Trauma-Informed Therapy for Adults in Virginia

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Therapy offers a steady, supportive space to slow down, understand your internal experience, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and stability.

You might recognize some of these experiences

• Stuck in patterns that repeat despite your efforts to change
• Disconnected from yourself or unsure how to move forward
• Carrying the impact of past experiences that still affect you
• Overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or struggling to trust your decisions
• Functioning on the outside but struggling internally
• Navigating a major life transition, loss, or unexpected change
• Holding chronic stress or tension in your body
• Used to taking care of others while neglecting yourself
• Longing to feel more steady, grounded, and like yourself again

My Approach

My work integrates trauma-informed and experiential approaches to help you develop greater emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and self-understanding.

Therapy may include identifying patterns that keep you stuck, developing skills to regulate overwhelming emotions, and building a different relationship with difficult thoughts and internal experiences.

I also incorporate parts-informed work and nervous system–based strategies to support deeper emotional healing and lasting change.

Location and Availability

My practice is based in Woodstock, Virginia, and I provide secure online therapy for adults throughout Virginia.
