I provide online therapy throughout Virginia and West Virginia.
I like that online therapy offers both convenience and an added sense of privacy—especially if you live in a small town and don’t want to be seen walking into a counselor’s office. You can join from a space where you feel comfortable, even if that means showing up in your pajamas.
Technology isn’t always perfect, so we may need to be a little flexible if technical issues come up. I recommend using a computer with a stable internet connection whenever possible.

The free consultation is a relaxed 15-minute conversation. We’ll say hello, and we may even talk about the weather for a minute.
Then you can choose where you’d like to start. You’re welcome to ask me questions, learn a little more about me and how I work, or share something simple about what brings you to therapy.
You don’t need to tell me your whole story. This isn’t an intake session. The goal is simply for us to get a sense of each other and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your intake session. I’ll send you the paperwork to complete beforehand and make sure you know how to reach me if anything comes up before we meet.
